What is Accountability Works?

Accountability Works® is a mindfulness-based approach to accountability designed to help individuals, teams, and organizations set and accomplish their most important goals. Ali Schiller created the Accountability Works certification program to ensure that the process is delivered with the integrity, structure, and impact that it’s known for.  Our approach is distinct: it is accountability-based, process-driven, and mindfulness-rooted. Every session follows a structured format, supported by a suite of proprietary tools, that keep individuals and teams progressing toward their goals.

Training Requirements:

To qualify for Accountability Works Certification, you must: 

  • Commit to 8 weeks of intensive study, weekly meetings, homework, and reading assignments
  • Complete 12 weeks of practice coaching which includes supervised calls, observation, and feedback
